3. Booking and Payments

Regarding appointments and payments:

• Consultation fees must be paid in advance or as agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of booking applies to your session.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods as communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation amount.
• No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds.
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances with full credit applied to your next booking.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate birth information and other details required for consultations.
• Be punctual for scheduled appointments (online or in-person).
• Maintain appropriate conduct during sessions and treat the consultant with respect.
• Not record sessions without prior consent.
• Not share or redistribute consultation content without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Jyotish Nishu and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jyotish Nishu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your expectations or that predictions will come true. Astrology and related sciences are interpretive arts, and results vary by individual.
